Adam Brown
Managing Director

Adam is our Managing Director with over two decades of experience providing advisory services and complex tax advice. He leads the Quest team with a focus on delivering ethical, no-frills solutions to business clients.

Adam has a unique ability to solve complex financial problems at any stage of a business's journey. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with a proactive and engaging personality, makes him highly relatable to clients. Adam's career and the growth of Quest mirror the business journeys of his clients, fostering strong, authentic connections.

Andrew Lamont
Accountant

Andrew is a Partner at Quest with 22 years of experience in the accounting field. A member of CPA Australia, he is the Senior Accountant overseeing a variety of financial and compliance tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. His extensive knowledge and meticulous attention to detail make him a key asset to Quest. Andrew is also highly proficient in using Xero software for business management.
Living on the NSW Central Coast with his wife Lucy and their four children, Andrew expertly balances family life with his professional responsibilities.

Richard Hudson

With considerable experience in advising businesses in all aspects of their operations, Richard has been operating his own practice since 1983.
He is an active sailor and kayaker and has been involved in many voluntary roles over the years. Richard is also a self-described "all round good bloke". Connect with Richard on LinkedIn

Miki Tanaka
Accountant

Miki has been with Quest for many years. her main role is preparation of tax returns and financial statements for various entities. She always happy to assist client's with their queries.
In her private time, Miki enjoys being in the water on her surfboard on sunny, summer days. People say that she is not a real surfer, but Miki enjoys herself and that is what matters!

Ling Yang
Accountant

 Ling assists our clients with compliance work, cashflow projections and other business services. 
She enjoys early morning walks, shopping with friends and loves to travel. One of Ling's favourite things is spending time with her husband and 2 boys.

John Michael Santos
Accountant

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a CPA.  He has been working for as an accountant for 8 years.
Still a child at heart, online gaming has been Mike's go-to activity since childhood.

Jackielynn Castillo
Accountant

Jackielyn is a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management with 5 years of experience in accounting. She excels in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 
Known for her attention to detail and strong analytical skills and she is dedicated to helping clients.
Outside of work, Jackielyn loves spending her time at the beach, simply sitting by the shore and enjoying the sunset. Additionally, she enjoys hanging out with her family and pets, and loves going on road trips.

Maryanne Tassone
Office Manager

One of our longest serving team members, Maryanne is a wiz at all things admin related. Keeping the Quest team on track and making sure that works goes out the door is Maryanne's main priority!
When she's not keeping the Quest team on track, Maryanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Lucy Lamont
Marketing Manager

Lucy is based on the Central Coast of NSW. With over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Lucy's dedication to marketing is matched by her passion for volunteering locally. 
In her personal life, Lucy has been married to Andrew for almost 20 years, and together they are raising four children. Her firsthand experience managing a busy family life fuels her motivation to help other family businesses reduce chaos and achieve success through Quest's professional and proactive accounting services. 

Diane Tipping 
Business Development Manager

Bringing the benefit of her experience in the architecture and civil engineering industries, Di is in charge business development and marketing for Quest. 
Away from the office Di loves spending time with her dog, Oscar, or exploring the many restaurants and entertainment venues in her local area.
